
Dr. Joanne Therriault, D.C.
Dr. Joanne Therriault, D.C. is originally from Ontario, Canada. She began her undergraduate studies at Laurentian University with a major in Neurosciences an intense program
specializing in the nervous system. Chiropractic, the art of correcting the spine to help restore proper nerve function was the next step in her education. Leaving Canada, she
moved to Davenport Iowa to attend the world famous Palmer College of Chiropractic. While a student Dr. Therriault, D.C. was involved in various student activities and organizations
including the Gonstead club, the pediatric club. She worked as a teacher's aide in the technique department and completed extra curricular studies in the evenings and weekends enabling her to
intern for Dr. Troxell and Dr. Burns while still a student. She was awarded the Sartz recruitment scholarship, and nominated for the all American scholar award by the head of the
schools technique department. In 2001 she graduated Cum Laude, received an award for the extracurricular work she was involved with and the presidents list award. While in chiropractic
college, she met her husband Dr. Brian Benson, D.C. and together they decided to make Prescott Arizona their new home where they founded Precision Spinal Care in 2001. Having been in practice
for over 20 years she still feels passion for what she does. She cares for patients of all ages from newborns, children, families, pregnant moms to be, and the retired community. She is
skilled in various techniques that allow her to care for anyone needing chiropractic. She enjoys taking the time to educate her patients about their condition so they have a better
understanding of what has happened and how best to resolve their spinal problems. Overall she is a true people person and finds great satisfaction in connecting with each patient and feels
she is privileged to be able to spend her time helping people achieve health and wellness with chiropractic.
